These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and mdo188 ("mdo188", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mdo188 website, its subdomains, mobile interfaces, and all services offered therein, including sports betting, live casino, slot gacor (high-payout slot) games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and all other gaming products available on the platform.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on mdo188, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be legally bound by its provisions. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not access or use mdo188.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on mdo188, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person acting in your own capacity and on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register accounts on the Platform.

• You must not have had an Account on mdo188 previously suspended or permanently closed as a result of a breach of these Terms & Conditions or for fraudulent activity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, or agent of mdo188 or any of its affiliate companies, unless written approval has been granted.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapable by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible.

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on mdo188. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device, IP address, or bank account — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any bonuses received.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, valid email address, and a functional Indonesian mobile phone number. You further agree to promptly update your registration details if any information changes.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be your own and your responsibility.
• You must notify mdo188 immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorization by contacting our support team at the email address listed at the bottom of this page.

Standard KYC documentation requirements include, but are not limited to:

• Promotional Modifications: mdo188 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform.

All sports wagers, casino game rounds, togel draw entries, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, and all other gaming activity on mdo188 are subject to the following general rules in addition to any product-specific rules published on the Platform:

• A Wager is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the mdo188 system and a confirmation reference number has been issued. Pending or unconfirmed wagers have no binding status.
• mdo188 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion — including where a manifest pricing error has occurred, where the outcome of an event has already been determined at the time of betting, or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed on each market and game. These limits may be adjusted for individual accounts based on betting history and risk assessment.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round or live event, mdo188 will resolve the affected Wager in accordance with its internal technical procedures and the available data at the time of the disruption. • For sports betting markets: if an event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before completion, unsettled bets on that event will be voided and the stake returned to the User's Account Balance, unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• mdo188's odds and game results are final once settled. Disputes relating to bet settlement must be raised within 72 hours of the relevant event outcome by contacting the support team.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on mdo188. Engagement in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting any other person in doing so, for the purpose of circumventing Account limitations or obtaining multiple bonuses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events or game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors to generate illegitimate winnings. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
• Conducting, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Allowing or encouraging a person under the age of 21 to access your Account or place wagers through your Account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing mdo188 staff or other users through any communication channel.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of mdo188.

In any event, mdo188's total aggregate liability to any User arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User into their Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Users wishing to close their Account voluntarily may do so by submitting a written request to our support team. mdo188 will process voluntary closure requests within 5 business days; any remaining verified real-money Balance will be returned to the User's registered payment method after applicable checks.

mdo188 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account immediately and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, fraudulent, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
• Engagement in or suspected involvement in money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8 of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.
• Detection of underage gambling or confirmed identity of the account holder as being under 21 years of age.

Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, mdo188 reserves the right to forfeit any Balance, including real-money funds, where such funds are reasonably believed to be the proceeds of fraudulent or prohibited activity, pending investigation and applicable legal procedures.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mdo188 holds its international gaming license. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.

Where a User is a resident of Indonesia, they acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are subject to applicable national law and that it is their personal responsibility to ensure compliance with those laws. mdo188 does not represent that its services are lawful in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.

mdo188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly, and where practicable, registered members will be notified via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using mdo188 and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.
